What's a credit?
One credit covers one accepted exchange request. The starter pack gives you 30 credits for $10 (~$0.33 each).
What happens if my request is declined?
Nothing. Declines are completely free. We only charge when the recipient accepts.
What if I run out of credits?
Once your balance hits zero, future accepted requests are charged $1 each via the card you saved during your starter purchase. You can buy another pack anytime.
Can I get a refund?
Charges are non-refundable, because they only fire when the other party has actually accepted (and is committing to place a link). Declines and unaccepted requests are free.
Do credits expire?
No. Once purchased, your credits stay in your account until you use them.
