Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Backlink Request.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Operate link schemes, link farms, or private blog networks (PBNs).
• Submit sites you don't own or have authorization to manage.
• Use automation or scrapers to abuse the matchmaking, request, or messaging system.
• Attempt to circumvent the verification system, daily caps, or per-site outbound caps.
• Place links to or from sites in any of the following categories without our prior written consent: adult content, illegal gambling, malware or phishing, pirated or counterfeit goods, hate speech or violent extremism, regulated pharmaceuticals (without appropriate licensure), or any content that violates Google's spam policies.

4. Payments and refunds

• The starter pack costs $10 for 30 credits.
• After your credit balance reaches zero, accepted exchanges are charged $1 each via your saved payment method.
• The optional concierge content service costs $50 per placement.
• Optional link monitoring costs $1/month per link.
• All charges are non-refundable. They only fire when another user has accepted your request and committed to placing a link. Declines and unaccepted requests are free.

5. Verification and disputes

We auto-verify both sides of each accepted exchange. If a placement fails verification (link missing, anchor mismatch, or rel="nofollow" detected), the responsible party is notified and given a chance to remediate within the placement deadline. Failure to deliver a verified placement before the deadline marks the request as failed and accrues a non-delivery strike on the defaulting party's profile.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your sites and any content you submit. You grant us a limited license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of running the service.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backlink Request is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or (b) the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Backlink Request shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
